Day to day(Day Shift (Flexible start time, typically around 7:00 AM) Monday - Friday)
- Programming, setting up, and running CNC machines to produce precision plastic components.
- Performing in-process inspections and making real-time adjustments.
- Communicating with engineers and machinists to ensure smooth production workflows.
- Troubleshooting machining issues related to plastics, tool wear, and heat management.
- Optimizing cycle times while ensuring high-quality standards.
- Following production schedules and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Maintaining a clean, organized workspace and following safety protocols.
