Responsibilities: Define and execute Linkup’s marketing strategy, from positioning to growth experiments, Build and operate the systems powering our brand, community, and inbound pipeline, Design multi-channel campaigns across content, social, events, and paid acquisition, Turn technical capabilities into compelling stories that resonate with developers and enterprises, Lead launches and PR initiatives for new products and partnerships, Collaborate with product, GTM, and engineering to craft narratives around our AI-ready search infrastructure, Measure, analyze, and iterate on campaigns to optimize awareness, engagement, and conversion

Qualifications: Are excited to help build Google for AI agents, and believe in Linkup’s mission, Have strong experience (3y+) in marketing for a technical product, ideally APIs, infrastructure, or AI, Understand marketing funnels, growth channels, and brand positioning in technical markets, Are an exceptional storyteller, both strategic and hands-on with content and distribution, Enjoy turning complex technology into simple, inspiring messaging, Are data-driven, analytical, and creative in equal measure, Thrive in a fast-paced, high-ownership startup environment

Minimum Requirements: Proven lead generation & pipeline creation,B2B Tech / Enterprise marketing experience,Experience outside Tier-1 brands with built-in demand (not only Amazon-like environments),Strong content strategy & execution (technical & GTM),End-to-end paid acquisition ownership (craft, launch, monitor, optimize campaigns),Data-driven impact measurement (define KPIs, track CAC, conversion, pipeline impact),Experience with Devtools / API (Nice to have skill),Academic background: Not mandatory, but strong academic pedigree appreciated (e.g. top schools).,Professional background: Ideally: mix of big tech (e.g. Google, Criteo, Algolia) + startup experience.,Seniority level: 4-6+ years

Team: Linkup has a team of 10 people, including the founders., The company is led by three co-founders covering product, technology, and business. The broader team includes ML engineers and software engineers. The team is mostly based in Paris, with plans to expand to the US., The team is senior, with most members bringing between 6 and 15+ years of experience. Backgrounds include companies such as Lyft, Spotify, and McKinsey, as well as other high-performing environments., Philippe Mizrahi leads product. He previously led the development of Lyft’s Autonomous Vehicles marketplace and earlier launched Amundsen, an open-source search engine., Denis Charrier leads technology as CTO. He was a founding engineer at Niland, an audio search company acquired by Spotify, and later served as a Staff Engineer at Spotify. He has 15 years of software development experience., Boris Toledano leads business and GTM as COO. He previously led robotics at Carrefour and spent three years at McKinsey & Co working on public affairs and digital transformation., Today, this function is shared between the founders and the first employee. The company is now hiring for this role. The hire will shape the GTM strategy and the company’s scale work closely together with Product and Sales team to build the growth machine This hire is critical to competing in a nascent but competitive market., This role reports to the COO.

Growth: Foundational ownership of marketing from day one: This is the first dedicated marketing hire, with full ownership over positioning, demand generation, brand, and growth experiments. You will define the marketing function from scratch., Fast path to leadership: Strong performance can lead to rapid progression into Head of Marketing with a full team for product marketing, content, ads etc., High strategic influence on GTM: You will work closely with the founders and sales team to shape go-to-market strategy, messaging, and positioning for both AI-native teams and enterprise buyers., Scope expansion as the company scales: The role will naturally grow from hands-on execution to building and managing a marketing team (product marketing, content, performance, events) as hiring ramps., Long-term upside tied to company growth: As Linkup expands in the US and scales revenue, this role grows in responsibility, visibility, and impact across the company.
