Responsibilities: Build and scale core product features for persona driven content AI, Design, develop, and deploy backend services and AI pipelines, Collaborate with product and leadership to refine product direction, Ensure high-performance and reliability in production systems, Iterate quickly based on customer feedback and internal research
Qualifications: Strong expertise in backend engineering (Node/Python/Go or similar), Comfortable with deploying scalable cloud infrastructure (AWS / GCP / Azure), Familiarity with LLMs and AI integration, Problem-solving focus with a bias toward execution, Experience building AI-SaaS products, Prior startup or YC experience, Familiarity with data pipelines or content automation, Junior: contributes to small or function-specific projects, Intermediate: owns small to medium sized projects, Senior: owns and drives large projects or a whole product, decides what needs to happen and does everything necessary to get that done, Learning: Starting to match expectations., Established: Matching expectations consistently., Thriving: Exceeding expectations consistently.

Day to day: You will be one of our first few hires at Imagine AI, which means you will have a huge responsibility and impact in our business. We expect you to own the entire tech stack from end to end and start contributing immediately.You will join customer calls, talk to them directly, and build features into our product immediately. You will also live on slack and provide customer support directly to our customers. This means if you are excited about owning the entire product lifecycle, you should come work with us! You will see your effort being reflected in our revenue curve directly!
