Responsibilities

The Center Manager/Site Supervisor will oversee daily operations, ensuring the center aligns with VibrantCare’s mission and strategic goals. This role requires strong leadership to drive team engagement, maintain compliance, oversee patient care, and ensure financial success.

Management & Operations

  • Foster a positive team environment to optimize retention and job satisfaction.
  • Manage employee relations, ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement center-specific strategic plans, including marketing and sales efforts to increase referrals.
  • Oversee financial performance, including fiscal budgets, profitability, and expense management.
  • Maintain strong relationships with physicians, payers, and external stakeholders.
  • Supervise aide staff to ensure the highest quality customer service and efficient patient scheduling.
  • Ensure optimal caseload management and staff productivity.
  • Conduct staff orientation, training, and performance reviews.
  • Approve order requests and manage cost efficiencies.

Compliance & Quality Assurance

  • Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and company policies and regulations.
  • Maintain employee files, including licensure, certifications, and required medical documentation.

Clinical & Patient Care

Qualifications

Education & Licensure

  • Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy (PT) or Occupational Therapy (OT) program (CAPTE accredited or equivalent for international candidates).
  • Active state licensure/registration where applicable.

Experience

  • Previous experience in physical therapy or occupational therapy settings.
  • Proven management or supervisory experience.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare compliance, financial management, and operational efficiency.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in Windows-based applications (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel).
