Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily operations, including logistics, production, inventory, and vendor relationships
- Develop SOPs and optimize workflows to reduce costs and boost efficiency
- Lead and mentor an operations team, fostering a high-performance culture
- Collaborate with finance and leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning
- Ensure operational scalability as the company rapidly grows
Qualifications
We need a highly motivated leader who excels in a startup environment and wants to drive real impact. Ideal candidates will also have:
- 5+ years in operations management, ideally in logistics/manufacturing (startup experience a plus)
- Proven track record of scaling operations under resource constraints
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Familiarity with process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.)
- Passion for sustainability and willingness to take a hands-on approach
