Team: The team consists of occupational therapists, physical therapists, therapy assistants (PTAs/OTAs), physicians, and administrative staff. The new hire will work closely with other clinicians to provide specialized hand therapy services.

Ideal Candidate Profile: Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) with a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) credential or eligibility to obtain it., 3+ years of experience in hand therapy, preferably in an outpatient rehabilitation setting., Strong understanding of manual therapy, neuromuscular dysfunction, and splint fabrication., Excellent communication, problem-solving, and patient education skills., A proactive and adaptable professional who thrives in high-volume clinical environments.
