Responsibilities: Operate & Oversee Production: Run and monitor thermoforming lines including machine setup, changeovers, and quality inspections., Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Diagnose and resolve equipment or process issues promptly to minimize downtime., Continuous Improvement: Implement process improvement initiatives to optimize cycle times and reduce waste., Training & Team Collaboration: Train and mentor operators on proper machine operation, safety protocols, and standard operating procedures., Safety & Quality Compliance: Ensure all operations meet safety, quality, and regulatory standards while maintaining a clean and organized production environment.
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or on-the-job training in manufacturing is a plus., Hands-on experience in plastics manufacturing or thermoforming processes., Strong mechanical aptitude with proven troubleshooting skills., Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset., A keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to safety and quality standards., College Degree, Certifications such as Certified Production Technician (CPT) or OSHA 10/30-hour training., Experience in lean manufacturing or continuous improvement methodologies., Prior experience in training or mentoring production staff.
