Day to day: You’ll work closely with product and leadership to design and ship full-stack features that power core customer workflows in production. Day to day work includes building backend services and APIs, implementing user-facing interfaces, reviewing code, and iterating on features based on real customer feedback. You’ll take ownership of projects from scoping through deployment, contribute to architectural decisions as the platform evolves, and help improve internal tooling, CI/CD workflows, and cloud infrastructure to support a growing product and customer base.
Team: You’ll join a small, senior engineering team in a remote-first environment and work directly with founders and core technical leadership. The team is lean and highly collaborative, with engineers owning features end-to-end and working closely with product to ship improvements quickly. This role reports directly into engineering leadership, with close day-to-day collaboration across product and operations.
