Responsibilities
- Install, test, and maintain personal computing, network hardware, and software systems.
- Perform diagnostic tests and hardware repairs.
- Evaluate and resolve technical issues both onsite and remotely.
- Maintain parts inventory and produce support documentation.
- Analyze and recommend system changes to improve workflows.
- Troubleshoot network performance and assist system administrators.
- Complete projects with minimal supervision.
Qualifications
Education: Associate degree or equivalent experience.
Experience: 2-5 years in IT support/Help Desk roles.
Skills:
- Strong technical knowledge of computing equipment, software, and networking.
- Experience with TCP/IP, DNS, Active Directory.
- Independent, self-motivated, and capable of managing tasks efficiently
