Responsibilities: Delivering physical therapy services according to physician's plan of care., Treating patients to relieve pain, restore function, and enhance performance., Assisting patients with exercises, gait training, and prosthetic training., Maintaining clinical records and documentation in a timely manner., Participating in team meetings and in-service education programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Qualifications: Licensure: Licensed Physical Therapist in California., Education: Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy., Experience: Minimum of one year of PT experience required., Certification: Current CPR certification., Other: Valid driver’s license, insured vehicle in good working order

Reporting Structure: This role will report to the Clinical Manager or Director of Rehabilitation Services. They will be supervised by the leadership team while maintaining autonomy in their patient care and scheduling.
Team: The team consists of a multi-disciplinary care team that includes other physical therapists, nurses, and care coordinators. The team is relatively small but highly collaborative, ensuring seamless patient care. You will often work independently but also share insights and treatment plans during team meetings.
