- AI Integration: Collaborate with wargaming experts to identify and implement AI enhancements, ensuring seamless integration of AI technologies into wargaming scenarios.
- Data Management: Develop and manage methods for data collection, analysis, and visualization, creating real-time analytics to support decision-making during simulations.
- Experimentation & Testing: Design and conduct experiments to evaluate AI applications in wargaming, document findings, and provide actionable insights for future integration.
- Collaboration: Work closely with interdisciplinary teams, including NATO personnel, to support training, strategy development, and operational activities.
- Content Creation: Develop multimedia content such as videos, training materials, and presentations, leveraging AI tools to enhance delivery and engagement.
- Support & Training: Provide technical guidance on AI tools and frameworks, assist with training programs for NATO personnel, and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives.
- Travel & Engagement: Participate in workshops, conferences, and meetings, requiring occasional travel of up to 30 days per year.

Ideal Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate is a highly skilled Data Scientist or AI Engineer with:
- Active Secret Clearance and citizenship in a NATO member country.
- Residency in Norfolk, VA, or the ability to commute.
- A minimum of 4 years of professional experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or AI, with expertise in tools like Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
- Proven success in integrating AI technologies into real-world applications and experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs).
