Job Overview

The Talent Acquisition Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting data scientists and engineers to support the company’s project delivery needs. This role involves building strong relationships with candidates, conducting in-depth qualification calls, and promoting career opportunities within Colaberry and its clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, a sales mentality, and proficiency in various sourcing methods and tools. They will work closely with a specialized team to drive recruitment strategies, support company growth into new markets, and ensure a high standard of talent acquisition in the rapidly expanding data science industry. Compensation includes a base salary with commission potential, alongside comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit new engineers/data scientists for project delivery.

• Schedule qualification calls with prospective candidates.

• Build rapport with prospective candidates.

• Gather and disseminate competitive information within the delivery team.

• Educate, excite, and sell candidates on career opportunities at Colaberry and its clients.

• Develop and maintain candidate flow for various teams.

• Maintain relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail
  • Sales mentality
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Proven customer service and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to handle/resolve conflict
  • Experience with various search methods (social media, job boards, networking, etc.)
  • Familiarity with boolean searching
  • Experience working with Google Apps suite
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, goal-oriented, and internally motivated
  • Proficiency with Microsoft and Google suite

Must-Have Requirements

  • Candidate has been successful at one job for the last 2-5 years
  • Candidate comes from a recent contract staffing background in IT and has under 10 years of experience
