Responsibilities: Draft and argue motions, Participate in depositions, Assist in trials and hearings, Manage discovery and pleadings, Conduct legal research, Develop litigation strategy with senior attorneys, Handle complex commercial disputes, Maintain billable goal of 1,800–1,900 hours
Qualifications: 2-7 years commercial litigation experience, Strong research and writing skills, Experience with complex business disputes, Ability to manage multiple matters, Solutions-oriented mindset
Minimum Requirements: Must be admitted and in good standing in Rhode Island,Admission in Connecticut strongly preferred,Admission in Massachusetts a plus,Minimum Requirement: Must be a U.S. Citizen.
