Responsibilities: Handle all aspects of litigation independently, Conduct case analysis and discovery, Take and defend depositions, Draft motions and legal memoranda, Attend hearings and court appearances, Manage client communications and reporting, Stay current on insurance defense case law, Meet 1,800–1,900 annual billable goal
Qualifications: J.D. from accredited law school, 2–7 years civil litigation experience, Insurance defense background preferred, Strong writing and research skills, Ability to manage multiple matters
Minimum Requirements: Must be admitted and in good standing in Rhode Island,Admission in Connecticut strongly preferred,Admission in Massachusetts a plus,Minimum Requirement: Must be a U.S. Citizen.
