Job Overview
We are seeking one full-time Home Health Occupational Therapist to join our mission-driven team in Alameda, CA. In this field-based role you will help patients regain independence in activities of daily living by delivering evidence-based OT interventions, adaptive-equipment training, and caregiver education. You’ll self-schedule roughly 5–6 in-home visits per day, document care in the EMR, and collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team—all while working in a supportive environment that values collaboration, patient-centered care, and professional growth.
The position pays $70 – $85 per hour (DOE), includes mileage reimbursement, and offers a full suite of medical, dental, vision, PTO, and 401(k) benefits.
Open to relocating candidates who already hold an active California OT license.
