Responsibilities: Build and own the RevOps foundation, keeping pipeline clean, forecasting accurate, and conversion data visible and actionable. Enable the sales team to run at full speed., Drive inbound and growth by identifying the highest-leverage channels, running experiments fast, and doubling down on what works, whether content, partnerships, events, or something new., Think in systems, not tasks. Connect the dots between marketing signals, sales behavior, and revenue outcomes. See the full funnel and know where it's leaking., Be obsessed with data. Build the dashboards, run the analysis, and come to the table with a point of view backed by numbers., Move between inbound strategy, pipeline analytics, RevOps infrastructure, and growth experimentation, knowing which lever to pull when., Report directly to the CEO and own the systems and instincts that turn early traction into a repeatable, scalable revenue engine.

Qualifications: 3-6 years of experience across consulting, PE/VC, investment banking, growth, RevOps, or GTM strategy, ideally in an early-stage B2B environment where you've had to build before you could scale., Sharp GTM instincts. You've seen enough to know what good looks like and you're fast enough to act on it without waiting for perfect information., Strong analytical foundation. You don't guess, you build the dashboards, run the analysis, and back your point of view with numbers., Systems thinker who connects marketing signals, sales behavior, and revenue outcomes across the full funnel., Comfortable operating in a 0-to-1, high-intensity startup environment with ambiguity and speed.-

Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree from a top 30 U.S. university (examples: Ivy League, Stanford, Duke, Northwestern, Georgetown, NYU, Michigan, UVA, Berkeley, USC, etc.),,Graduated between 2020-2024.,3-6 years of experience in either: (a) consulting at a top 5 firm (BCG, Bain, McKinsey, KPMG, Deloitte), or (b) growth strategy, GTM strategy, or RevOps at a high-growth Series A through Series C startup,NYC-based or willing to work on-site in New York City.
